产品用途

3050是基于甘油的聚醚多元醇，它可以用于聚氨酯软泡及 CASE 等产品的生产。以3050为 原料制备的聚氨酯泡沫具有较好的物理性能。

理化性能

包装

采用铁桶、IBC 、液袋、罐式集装箱或汽车槽罐进行包装运输。

贮存 (使用) 注意事项

产品应该密封保存在以钢、铝、PE 或 PP 材质的容器中，并建议用氮气对容器进行填充。在储存 3050 时，应避免在潮湿的环境，并且储存温度应该保持在 50℃以下，  尽量避免阳光暴 晒，远离水源、热源。储存温度高于 60℃会导致产品质量下降。短时的升温或冷却对产品 的质量影响不大。但是应该要注意，产品在较低的温度是粘度会出现明显的增加，这种情况会 导致生产加工过程带来一定的困难。

Application

JF3050is a general purpose, nominal 3000 molecular weight, PO homopolymer triol used in the manufacture of CASE and flexible slabstock polyurethane foams which are used in the manufacturing of mattress and furniture . It is a BHT-free product that processes well on all types of foam machinery.

200kg steel pail with coating in standard container can be obtained, flexitank, IBCs, tank containers or road tankers can also be supplied, if necessary.

Storage

Container:  This product  should be  stored  in  an  closed  container produced with  steel, aluminum, PE or PP, and nitrogen is suggested to fill in the containers.

Temperature: When JF3050 is stored, moist and wet conditions should be avoided, the temperature of the environment should be maintained below 50C, and avoid sunlight, water and heating. Above 60C, a deterioration of the product quality would be caused. Short term warming or cooling of the product to low temperatures does not damage the product. It should however be noted that at low temperatures viscosity increases markedly and this may cause difficulties in processing.

Shelf Life

Under recommended storage conditions, the shelf life of JF3050 is 12 months since

the date of production.
